Siva is a fellow member of the Institute of Public Accountants and a registered tax agent. Over the past 15 years, Siva
has been assisting clients in a range of accounting and taxation issues. His focus has included tax compliance, GST,
business structures and superannuation.
Ian B Baker – External Consultant
Ian has been a chartered accountant for 30 plus years. Highly experienced in business consultancy, he has assisted
companies to publicly float on the Stock Exchange, carried out business valuations and due diligence on
businesses. Ian has a Masters in Tax Law, has a Proper Authority as a Financial Planner and is a registered company
auditor. He also provides specialist forensic accounting advice on economic loss claims.
Terry Gan – Accountant
Terry has three years of experience in accounting and tax and is currently
undertaking Chartered Accountants (CA) Program and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) Program. He has experience
in a range of tax issues, assisting individuals and small business clients with their tax compliance aimed at
delivering value to clients. Recently, he received the National Dux Award from the Tax Institute for his CTA study
program.
Arjun Dhakal - Accountant
Specialising in financial reporting, investment property, tax preparations, budgeting & cashflow projection, makes his
services ideal in assisting businesses of all sizes. Experience in the business world allows him to offer more than just
accounting and tax services.
